1) The offer is open to residents of India above 18 years of age (“Participant”), except employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families of the employees of Wonderchef Home Appliances Private Limited (“Company”), and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) (“Kikoy Promotions”).
2) Participants may be required to provide proof of age, residency, or identity to verify eligibility. The Company and Kikoy Promotions reserve the right to reject participation inter alia where the eligibility requirements are not met.
3) The offer is valid from 5th October 2024 12:00 am IST to 5th January, 2025 11:50 pm IST (“Offer Period”).
4) Upon registration on the given website, you will receive a unique code via SMS which will entitle you to any one of the following: couple movie voucher or Uber voucher or couple pizza voucher or Book My Show voucher which may offer a discount basis the provider’s terms and conditions (“Voucher”). Additional conditions concerning each kind of Voucher have also been provided herein. The Participant is requested to apprise himself/herself of these terms.
5) Booking request (actual use of voucher) should be placed within 30 days from the date of voucher registration. You (i.e., one individual/natural person) can redeem only one voucher, regardless of the number of mobile numbers and only one voucher may be granted per household.
6) Vouchers will be issued only to eligible persons and at the Company’s discretion. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, non-encashable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
7) In the event of any misuse or reverse engineering or fraud or disruption caused to the offer, the Company and Kikoy Promotions reserve the right to disqualify the Participant, or withdraw the offer and inter alia pursue any actions as may be allowed under applicable law or required as the Company deems fit.
8) In case of force majeure conditions, the Company shall bear no liability in whatsoever manner and neither shall it be obligated to undertake any actions relating to the Vouchers, whether issued or otherwise. Furthermore, the Company and Kikoy Promotions shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, failure or non-performance of its obligations arising from any cause or causes beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation to difficulties in technical challenges, acts of god, shortage of any material, labour, transport, electricity or other supply, pandemic and its impact, or regulatory intervention and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any loss or claims whatsoever. This offer is subject to interalia promotional availability and government regulations.
9) By participating in the program, each participant agrees to hold harmless the Company and Kikoy Promotions and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this program, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this program, the awarding and use, misuse or possession of the prize including liability for personal injury, except where prohibited or limited by law.
10) The Company and Kikoy Promotions, its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers, and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice. No new unique code will be issued in the event of the original being stolen/ lost by the claimant or receiver.
11) The offer cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Offer Period and the participant agrees to waive off his/her right of redemption on the date of expiry of the Offer Period. The verification/booking code, received at the time of registration, will be valid for a period of 1 month in any case not beyond the expiry of the Offer Period. The Company and Kikoy Promotions shall not be responsible for any expired or unused codes, and no replacements will be provided for expired codes.
12) If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the Participant has registered with the National Do Not Call Registry/Participant has specifically requested not to receive messages for the specific campaign, he might not receive campaign messages from the Company or Kikoy Promotions and neither the Company nor Kikoy Promotions (TopRewards) shall be liable for inter alia lack of information, etc.
13) The Company and Kikoy Promotions shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction or disputes regarding the quality, timeliness, or performance of services/products provided by third parties such as cinemas, restaurants, or Uber.
14) For any grievances in relation to the Vouchers, a Participant may reach out to wonderchef@toprewards.in , the designated ‘Grievance Officer’ of the Company under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. The subject of the e-mail should state “Wonderchef- ”
15) These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
16) Any issue, dispute and/or differences arising out of and/ or in relation to these Terms raised by any of the parties hereto shall be resolved amicably at the first instance. In the event such issue, dispute, and/or difference is not resolved amicably within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of written notice of dispute by a party, then it shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with (Indian) Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and rules made thereunder as amended from time to time, through a single arbitrator appointed by the Company. Such arbitration shall be conducted in English and with the seat and venue of arbitration in Mumbai, India. The award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and shall be subject to forced execution in any court of competent jurisdiction. The award rendered by the arbitrator shall, in addition to dealing with the merits of the case, fix the costs of the arbitration and the party who shall bear the same. Subject to the aforementioned, the courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising pursuant to this Agreement.
17) All incidental and applicable costs, taxes, levies, etc. related to the offer (if any) shall be borne by the Participant only.
18) You hereby give your consent to the Company to use and/or process, transfer, or retain any of your personal information that you have provided or which the Company has obtained in connection with this offer.
19) By availing of the offer, you shall have deemed to agree and accept all terms and conditions provided herein. You confirm your voluntary participation.
20) You have read and understood the Terms herein and accept to be bound by the same unconditionally.
Terms and Conditions: BookMyShow Voucher
1) The holder of the Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
2) Voucher(s) can be redeemed ONLY on the BookMyShow website & its mobile app (iOS, Android & Windows). It cannot be redeemed physically over-the-counter at the cinema/venue box-office.
3) Voucher(s) can be redeemed only on purchase of e-ticket (s) for movies/plays/concerts/sports or merchandise (if any) available on BookMyShow.
4) Voucher can be used multiple times and until the amount is exhausted within the validity period.
5) The code cannot be revalidated once expired.
6) Please note that the Voucher cannot be resold or be exchanged for point(s) or cash and cannot be re-validated once past the expiry date.
7) The Company and Kikoy Promotions LLP shall not be liable for changes including cancellations once tickets are issued against the Voucher.
Terms and Conditions: Couple Movie Voucher
1) You cannot present this voucher directly at the cinema hall.
2) Booking details should be placed within 30 days from the date of registration (two different options of cinema/movie name, movie date, and time preferences).
3) A booking request need to be made 2 days prior to the date the customer intends to utilize the services offered in the campaign.
4) On successful submission, our backend team will process your ticket(s) 24-48 hours prior to your show time.
5) Vouchers cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer.
6) The booking details will be sent to your email id from which you have registered and against which the Voucher has been issued.
7) Tickets, once issued, cannot be cancelled, amended, or changed.
8) No two vouchers can be combined, registered, or booked on the same date.
9) This Voucher entitles the user to get 2 movie tickets at any cinema mentioned on the campaign website.
10) Wonderchef Appliances and Kikoy Promotions cannot be held responsible for any shows being cancelled for any whatsoever reason.
11) Wonderchef Appliances and Kikoy Promotions are not responsible for the quality of the seats, the movie, or any service discrepancies.
12) This movie code entitles the customer to only movie ticket and no other facilities, such as food and beverages.
13) Tickets will be issued subject to availability without any seat preference.
14) Not more than 1 movie code/voucher can be redeemed at a time with the registration under the name of the same person. It’s not valid for group booking.
15) You can avail the Voucher for all shows from Monday to Friday and Saturday-Sunday only for morning shows.
16) Booking date is not valid for special shows/public/national holidays, 3D shows, and special screenings.
Terms and Conditions: Couple Pizza Voucher
1) You cannot present this Voucher directly at any Pizza joint. It is only applicable on the said campaign website.
2) A booking request need to be made 2 days prior to the date the customer intends to utilize the services offered in the campaign.
3) Voucher cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer.
4) Order once placed cannot be cancelled or amended or changed.
5) No two vouchers can be combined or registered or booked on the same date.
6) Wonderchef Appliances and Kikoy Promotions disclaim any responsibility for the quality or service provided by the pizza outlet. Any complaints regarding food quality should be directed to the service provider.
7) This voucher entitles the user to get 2 regular Pizza’s (Veg or Non-Veg).
Terms and Conditions: Uber Voucher
1) Such Vouchers would be accepted on the UBER APP only.
2) The person who has the UBER Gift Voucher Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3) Vouchers are available only within India in cities where Uber is available.
4) Vouchers cannot be clubbed with in-store and corporate offers.
5) Gift Voucher can be used multiple times until the last rupee loaded on it gets exhausted within the validity period.
6) The Company and Kikoy Promotions are not responsible for any issues arising from Uber service availability in certain regions or cities. Participants should confirm Uber service availability before attempting to redeem the Voucher.
